For Christmas this year, Pure will be sponsoring a refugee family from Burma.
We discovered a group called Christmas for Nashville newcomers through one of our lovely guests. We have been given a family of seven, almost 8 (baby on the way) to sponsor for Christmas. This family includes a mom, dad, grandmother, three girls and one baby girl that is due right around Christmas. Unfortunately, expecting mothers in refugee communities have little to nothing. Anything will make this family's Christmas. We will be delivering all the gifts on Saturday, December 17th at 4:30pm. We would like to invite anyone who would want to be apart of this family's first Christmas.
Htee Kue Paw is the oldest daughter. She is being sponsored by another family.
The second oldest child is Tah Ku. She is six years old. She and her older sister both have big personalities.
Tah has asked for:
- A teddy bear wearing a christmas hat
- Shoes- size 11 Toddler
- Warm Clothes- size 4T
- Barbies and Barbie Lip Gloss
The youngest girl, Ku La Nipale is very quiet and shy. She is two years old.
Ku La needs:
- Warm clothes- size 3T
- Shoes- size 6 Toddler
- Educational-type toys. Simple and basic is best.*
- Teddy bear
The mother is pregnant with a 4th child. She is expecting a baby girl to arrive around Christmas.
