We Value our guests and welcome you to view our updated cancellation policy.

  • Starting March 1st all guests will have a small, one time form to fill out. This will ensure that we have your most recent contact information, and will also give you an in-depth overview of our new and changing policies

  • We now require a debit or credit card to be on file prior to scheduling any appointments.

  • Failure to give ANY notice will result in a 100% charge of your missed appointments.

We want to include all of our Pure friends and family in this transitions and welcome all of you to reach out if you have any questions concerning these changes. See you in March!

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Pure Organic Salon + Spa. They are reserved especially for you, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Out of respect for our Service Providers, we require a credit or debit card on file prior to scheduling all appointments.

Failure to give less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment..

Failure to give any notice by the scheduled start of your appointment time will result in a charge of 100% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment.

All charges will be billed at the end of the day of the missed appointment. We request that all cancellations be made by phone at 615.679.0221 or by email at hello@purenashville.co
