Your appointments are very important to the team members of Pure, an organic salon, they are reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72, 48 and 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
Out of respect for our Service Providers, we require a credit or debit card on file prior to scheduling all appointments.
Failure to give 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment..
Failure to give any notice by the scheduled start of your appointment time will result in a charge of 100% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment.
All charges will be billed at the end of the day of the missed appointment. We request that all cancellations be made by phone at 615.679.0221 or by email at email@example.com
Services- We will gladly adjust any service you receive within two weeks of the original visit. Please call as soon possible to reschedule. We want you to love your look.
Retail- All retail purchases are final sale.
In the event of a damaged good please contact us within 7 days, and we will gladly ship direct to our retail companies shipping a replacement to you.
There is lots of parking surrounding Marathon Village. Street parking is free. Several of the parking lots are available for paid parking. When parking in the main gravel lot across from the main entrance of Marathon Village, 1200 Clinton Street, mention to the attendant on duty that you will be visiting Pure. Our guests are excused from the $10 parking fee.
