Meet Alisha!

Hi, my name is Alisha! I was born and raised in South Detroit (Cue Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing!”) My long time passion for the fashion and hair industry has lead me to start my journey as a hair stylist.

Eight years ago, I started as a Salon Coordinator. Following my salon coordinator position, I began my training at Douglas J Aveda Institute in Royal Oak, MI. During my education, I participated in the Beacon competition with over 6,000 other stylists across the United States. I became a finalist! While at Beacon, the stars aligned and lead me to making connections here in Nashville.

Two months after, my Fiance and I picked up everything and made the move. Tennessee has always had a special place in my heart, as I had spent summers visiting my grandparents in the Smoky Mountains as a child.

Being a Nashvillian for almost 6 years now, I am proud to say that I have found my home with Pure Organic Salon + Spa. I take pride in spreading awareness about healthy living.

At Pure, I love educating my guests on our organic hair color and products. From the food we eat, the products that we use and the choices we make in our daily activities we all have one thing in common: self care. I am pleased to be here to help each and every guest move towards leading their own healthier lives.

I am passionate about creating an exceptional experience that completely pampers each individual to the best of my ability.  If I am able to make someone smile, laugh, relax, feel confident, handsome or beautiful, then I feel I am doing my part. I want everyone to feel good if not great with not only the way they look on the outside but the way they feel about themselves on the inside.

I am offering my services on Monday's 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new guests of mine will receive a complimentary exclusive treatment Pure provides called Malibu when booking a service with me. This treatment is packed with vitamins that remove any buildup caused by product use, hard water or chemicals.
